Return Policy

SmartWebDesk does not support returns. We do not sell physical goods, so there is no product to send back, no return pickup, and no return shipping.

Student plans are digital access delivered online to the account that paid. ₹199 covers 3 months (90 days). ₹399 covers 6 months (180 days). Once a plan is activated, that access is not returned or exchanged for the other plan.

A failed payment, or the same order charged twice, is not a return. That charge is refunded under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. A plan does not renew by itself, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.
